Options

In the Options property box, you can choose to purge the deleted entry (removing it from the Laserfiche recycle bin after it has been deleted).

To configure Options

1. Add the Delete Entry activity to your workflow definition by dragging it from the Toolbox Pane and dropping it in the Designer Pane.
2. Select the activity in the Designer Pane.
3. In the Options property box,

• Purge entry after deleting: Defines whether the entry will be permanently deleted from the Laserfiche repository.

  Note: Purging an entry is irreversible.

• Only delete empty folders: If selected, the activity will only be allowed to delete folders that contain zero entries.
